| Practicum in Clinical Psychology IV 概要/Outline

近年、労働者の心の健康を支える活動としての、産業領域における心理臨床活動への期待が高まっているが、その活動は個別の心理相談面接にとどまらず、心理教育、スクーリーニング、復職支援、職場の環境改善など多岐にわたる。本実習では、産業領域における臨床心理の活動について、実際の企業における実習を通して体験的に学ぶことを目的とする。
| In late years expectation increases to practice of clinical psychology in the work place, as the activities to support mental health of workers. The activity include not only an individual counseling, but psychology education, screening, reinstatement support, and the environment improvement of the workplace, etc.. In this Practicum, it is intended to learn practice of clinical psychology in the work place experimentally through the training in the real company.

産業領域における心理臨床活動の理解と、他領域における心理臨床活動との異同についての考察。
| Understanding of the practice of clinical psychology in the work place, and consideration about the difference of the practice of clinical psychology between in the work place and in other domains.
| 授業の内容/Contents
|
愛知県下の企業を毎週1回のペースで訪問し、企業の働く臨床心理士の指導のもと企業における臨床心理士の活動を学ぶ。
