| Clinical Psychology II 概要/Outline

人はどのようにキャリアを伸ばすのか、キャリアを選択するのか、その際キャリアとは何かなど、生涯にわたるキャリア支援について、産業・組織心理学、臨床心理学、キャリア教育の視点からの考察をめざす。具体的には教科書を用いた講義、およびレフリー・ジャーナルから選択した、キャリア支援に関連する英語研究論文を参加者が交代でレポートし、内容について討論し、議論を深める。
| In this Seminar, it is intended to consider the carrier for the life, especially organizational carrier, from viewpoints of the industrial /organizational psychology, and the clinical psychology.
| 到達目標/Objectives

生涯にわたるキャリア支援に関して、産業・組織心理学、臨床心理学、キャリア教育の視点からの知見を得、産業・労働分野に関わる実際の支援に結びつけることができる。
