概要/Outline	組織は人で成り立っているので，制度や慣習に加え，感情や政治取引が入り混じる複雑な分析対象です。この授業では，組織を特定の側面から切り取って分析することを繰り返し，複雑な対象を整理して理解できるようになることを目指します。 The aim of this course is to help students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for better understanding of higher education institution using organizational theory.
到達目標/Objectives	この授業では，受講者のみなさんが授業終了時に，以下の知識や能力を身につけていることを目標にします。 ・大学組織を分析するための基本的な理論を理解し，自分の言葉で説明できる。 ・理論を具体的な場面を分析する道具として活用することができる。 ・職場の問題を，理論を用いて分析し，問題解決の提案ができる。 At the end of this course, participants are expected to (1) paraphrase basic theories to understand organization, (2) apply theories to understand organizational issues, and (3) analyze issues happened in your workplace and propose possible solutions.
