| 概要/Outline
|
この授業は，主に高等教育マネジメントの分野で研究に取り組む方を対象に，主要な研究方法を理解すると共に，基礎的な調査・研究手法を身につけることを目指します。
| The aim of this course is to help students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for qualitative studies in higher education management.
| 到達目標/Objectives
|
この授業では，受講者のみなさんが授業終了時に，以下の知識や能力を身につけていることを目標にします。 | ・質的研究の先行研究を読解できる。 ・質的データの分析ができる。 ・組織調査の企画・実施・分析に必要な基礎的な知識・技術を有する。 At the end of this course, participants are expected to (1) read previous studies critically, (2) analyze qualitative data and create concepts, and (3) design, perform and summarize own qualitative research.
