概要/Outline	この授業では、社会教育や生涯学習の理論、政策、実践の基礎を踏まえつつ、社会教育と福祉を統合した社会教育福祉というテーマについて議論する。実際に、アジア諸国では、社会教育と福祉が融合したような活動が行われている地域があり、ドイツや北欧では、社会教育学という学問領域が困難を抱えた人達に対して教育的福祉的な支援を行っている。授業では、関連の研究成果の文献を参考に、社会教育や生涯学習がどう人々の生活や地域振興、地域づくりとつながっているのか、また世界の成人教育・生涯学習と国際機関の取組みなどについて、議論を深めていく。 This seminar aims to explore theories, approaches and case studies in social education, adult education and lifelong learning. It will consider educational reform, policy of social education, social educational administration and related concepts developed by various theories of social education, adult education and lifelong learning in particular. Along the way, the seminar will examine case studies of social education and lifelong learning, including international trends of adult education and lifelong learning such as efforts of the related international organizations, and so on. Finally, the seminar will discuss how social education and lifelong learning are related to people’s life and community development, the logic behind social education and educational practices, with the intention of deepening students’ understandings of social education and lifelong learning.
到達目標/Objectives	到達目標としては、特に以下の２点を挙げる。 １）社会教育、生涯学習、成人教育、社会教育福祉の国際的動向と理論の把握、理解 ２）社会教育・生涯学習領域における方法論や研究手法、分析方法の把握
授業の内容/Contents	１． イントロダクション 授業のアウトライン、グルーピング、講読文献の決定等 ２． 文献講読と討論 ２回目以降の授業では、発表者の報告とレジュメをもとに、受講生全員で討論を行う。
教科書/Textbook	未定。受講者の希望を聞きつつ、文献を決定する。
参考書・参考資料/References	授業中に紹介する。
成績評価方法/Evaluation	出席および授業中の議論への参加、授業における発表（レジュメを含む）を総合的に判断して評価する。
