概要/Outline	教育行政・教育行政学の基本問題に関わる事項を取り上げ、授業参加者が各自で調査し、報告・ディスカッションを通じて理解を深める。 　取り上げる事項は指定課題と、各自がそれぞれ問題発見を通じて設定した課題とする。 Basic problems on educational administration and educational administrative studies are taken up, class participants will investigate themselves and deepen their understanding through reporting and discussion.The aim of this excercise is to explore the themes which each pa　rticipant set .
到達目標/Objectives	教育行政学の基本的テーマや主要な事象に関して自律的に考察できる力の基礎を獲得する。 テーマに関連する資料の収集、調査、文献研究、レポート作成、ディスカッションの方法を習得する。 You will acquire the foundation of ability to autonomously consider the basic themes and major events of educational administration study. You will learn the methods of collection, survey, literature research, report preparation, discussion on materials related to themes.From each other's report, you will learn basic skills and argumentation methods for paper preparation.
