| Cognitive Psychology II 概要/Outline
|
様々な心理学的現象がなぜ生じるのかについて、妥当かつシンプルな説明を示すことは心理学的研究を進めていく上で必須である。本演習では、各自の関心に合った英語論文を選定し、そこで示されている現象について、各自が説明を提示し、よりよい説明となるよう議論する。これにより，心理学的研究を行う上で必要な考え方を身に着けることを目的とする。なお，現象は認知心理学領域のものを歓迎するが，これに限定しない。
| The aim of this course is to help students acquire the thinking style necessary to explain various psychological phenomena scientifically. In the class, students are asked to choose articles recently published in English and to explain how and why the phenomena shown in the article occurred. The students have to hand in the task every week and are required to participate in the discussion. Although topics in the field of Cognitive Psychology are welcome, students can choose any topics.

各自の関心に合った心理学的現象に関する妥当かつシンプルな説明を行うスキルを身につける。
| At the end of the course, students are expected to make simple and valid explanations to the psychological phenomena in which they are interested.
| 授業の内容/Contents
|
出題者は英語論文を選定し、説明の対象となる現象について簡単にまとめる。それを受けて受講者全員が現象がどのようにして生じたのかについての説明をまとめ、課題として提出する。たたき台となる説明を中心に、どのような説明が望ましいかを議論する。なお、具体的な授業の進め方については、初回に授業時に詳しく説明する。
| Students are asked to choose articles recently published in English and to explain how and why a phenomenon shown in the article occurred. They have to hand in the task every week and are required to participate in the discussion. The more detail information will be provided in the first class.

課題，担当回での発表，授業時の議論への参加によって総合的に評価し，100点満点中60点以上を合格とする。
